About these terms

These terms apply to longyards.com and to text messages from Longyards LLC (“Longyards”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Yards and availability

This site describes our yards and services in general terms. Availability, sizes, pricing and features vary by location and change over time, and nothing on the site is a reservation or a quote. Renting a yard is governed by the rental agreement you sign for that yard; if that agreement and this site differ, the agreement applies.

SMS program

Program: Longyards text messages. If you opt in, you may receive messages about your request, such as replies, scheduling, yard availability, and updates about a market you joined the waitlist for. If you opt in through the text chat on our Text us page, you may also receive occasional offers and updates from Longyards.

How you opt in: by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or in the text chat on our Text us page. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

To opt out: reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to any message. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Introductions, not advice

Longyards is not an insurer, an insurance broker, a licensed real estate brokerage, or an investment, legal or tax advisor. Where we offer introductions — for insurance, real estate or acquisitions — any arrangement is between you and that provider, and nothing on this site is advice.

No offer of securities

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Any investment is offered only to qualified investors through the relevant offering documents.

Partner and referral programs

Broker compensation and partnership terms apply only as agreed in writing before anything proceeds. Descriptions on this site are a summary, not an agreement.

Using the site

Content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. The site is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it.

We may update these terms, including the SMS program. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
