Space for the peak, not the whole year.
Extra secure ground for the months you actually need it — then hand it back, instead of carrying a lease through the quiet half of the year.
Home / Seasonal overflow space
Who uses seasonal overflow space.
Seasonal trades. Landscaping, snow, agriculture — the year isn't flat, so the space shouldn't be.
Retail and distribution peaks. Overflow stock through the peak without warehousing it all year.
Holiday and event surges. Vehicles and equipment held for the months that need them.

Good to know
Seasonal overflow space — questions we actually get.
What's the shortest I can take it for?
Month to month, so a season is straightforward. Tell us the window when you enquire.
Can I take the same yard again next year?
Say so and we'll try — availability depends on the market, but a returning customer is easier to plan around.
Can I resize partway through?
Usually yes. That flexibility is the reason the model is month to month.
