Who we are

Longyards LLC (“Longyards”, “we”, “us”) operates longyards.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or contact us through one of its forms, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us through our forms:

• Your name, email address and phone number, and your company if you add it
• What you are looking for: the city, ZIP code or address, yard size, what you are storing and your timeline — or, for land, the property location, approximate acreage and the kind of deal you would consider
• How you heard about us, and your role if you contact us as a broker, investor or developer
• Your agreement to be contacted by text and email, including the wording you agreed to and when

Information collected automatically: the page you submitted from, the page that referred you, the first page you landed on, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs), and standard technical data such as browser and device type. The first landing page and campaign tags are remembered in your browser so we can tell which visit brought you to us.

Services that help run the site

When you type a city, ZIP code or address into a form, that text is sent to a location search provider (Mapbox, or Photon, which uses OpenStreetMap data) to suggest matches. Our maps are displayed using Mapbox. Pages may also use advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta pixel, to measure when a form is submitted.

How we use it

• To match you to a yard, and to reply to your request
• To assess land you submit and to follow up on partnership, broker, investor and developer enquiries
• To send the texts and emails you agreed to, and to tell you when a market you joined the waitlist for opens
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us, and improve the site
• To meet our legal obligations and keep records of consent

Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you agree through the consent checkbox on one of our forms or in the text chat on our Text us page. The messages relate to your request — replies, scheduling, availability and, if you joined a waitlist, updates about that market. If you opted in through the text chat, we may also send occasional offers and updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full program details are in our Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Email

If you contact us or join a waitlist, we may email you about that request or market. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly.

When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that run our website, CRM, email, text messaging and location search on our behalf, who may use it only to provide those services to us
• With a professional you ask us to introduce you to, such as an insurance provider or a real estate broker, and only for that introduction
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy

None of this sharing includes SMS opt-in data or consent, as stated above.

Investment information

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Any investment is offered only to qualified investors through the relevant offering documents.

How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including records of consent, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such email
• Stop text messages by replying STOP
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us below

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
